REFUNDS AND RETURNS

When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.

If your purchase is faulty, the Rikki Lee Store is happy to accept unworn goods back within 14 days for either exchange or refund of the purchase price. Please get in touch with us by email immediately at rikkileerocks@gmail.com and make us aware there is a problem.

We will refund any return costs of faulty goods and the original delivery cost if relevant.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange of a faulty item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging and returned within 14 days. To complete your return, we will also require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept the return of any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your faulty item return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please be aware that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account. If you have any problems you can contact us via email at: rikkileerocks@gmail.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We can exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send an email to rikkileerocks@gmail.com with details of the faulty item and your name, address, invoice number and the item you wish to return. We will refund any return costs of faulty goods and the original delivery cost if relevant.

Except for faulty goods, the Rikki Lee Store does not refund return postage costs.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

The Rikki Lee Store cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of returned goods so please ensure you use Recorded or Special Delivery as appropriate to the value of the goods you are returning.
